We decided to switch to Titan Gas And Power when we moved in May of 2017 and we are extremely pleased with our choice. Their online customer service is excellent. Their rates are awesome compared to our previous supplier. Now our bill is $125 in the summer as opposed to nearly $300!!! Customer service has been easy to work with as well you can call or email. We have called 3 times. First to set up the account, Second to add a location and Third for a quick billing question, and they are always polite. So far, we are very happy with Titan Gas And Power and how easy it is to work with him. I recommend them.

Signing up for a new Electricity of Natural Gas plan is easy and only takes a few minutes.
- Select Your State and Energy Type
- You will be presented with plan options so that you can choose the best one to meet your needs.
- You can enroll in minutes by entering a few more details, like your name and utility account number.
- Once you sign up, we will take care of all the details. You'll receive an email with an order confirmation number.
- You new service provider will notify your local utility about your request to switch.
Once you sign up for a new energy plan, the only thing that changes for you is your energy supplier. Your new supplier will work with your utility to take care of all the details to make sure your switch is simple and seamless - with no disruptions to your service.
Your utility company will continue to manage the billing experience and you will continue to pay your utility each month. Moving forward, you will simply see your new supplier listed under the "supply" portion of your bill.
Please note that regardless of which plan you choose, your local utility company will still be responsible for delivering energy to your home and handling any service interruptions.

Your service start date is determined by your local utility company but can occur as soon as a few days or take up to two billing cycles. Your New Supplier and your utility will send notices prior to confirming your start date.
