i have been a customer with APGE for 3 years and they have never dissapointed me. the customer service agents are always so firendly when i call and very helpfull they always find a way to help the customer out and bend over back wards to keep me as a customer satisfied.
APG&E Energy Solutions makes me feel that it is very worthwhile to pay. I have been living here for 3 years, and this company is the only one I choose. The price and bills are proper for me.
I recently enrolled with APG&E for my home in Houston. I got a great low rate without any gimmicks or tricks. When I called customer service they were so helpful and knowledgeable. I also started getting emails showing me how much power I use. This has been great. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and glad I chose them. I've already been telling my friends to sign up too.
I recently signed up with APG&E for electricity service for my home. It was super easy. It took me under 3 minutes to sign up for service. Their price plans were transparent...no gimmicks. Very fair and affordable rates. Called their customer service line to check on my bill date. The customer service agent was extremely helpful and got me squared away in minutes. So glad I signed up with them!
I switched into a low rate and when it ended I went with another company. The other company dragged their feet which caused a month hangover. I called APG&E and they gave me another month with the same low rate.
good
I have been with APGE for years. I love the product offers, the customer service and ease of payments.
I have only been with them for a little over a year. I went through a broker ( ok, so that was my 1st time and scary), but with auto pay and a totally fixed rate from 1 kilowatt to 4000 kilowatts, I have never had a problem with their billing. I hate every electric company with rates for the 1st 500 kwatts, then up to 2000 kwatts, then a price for everything over 2000 kwatts. I love the flat rate. Don't really understand why so many people have issues with them. And I did a 3 year contract so I don't have to use powertochoose every year.
2 years ago their rates were unbelievably inexpensive, I hope I can renew when my plan expires.
Ease in switching and very smooth
The switch was easy, my first month bill was $20 lower than previous bill, I'm glad I made the switch.
It was easy to review energy suppliers and very easy to switch. A no brainier. I just wish that energy prices were lower than they are.
Excellent!!! Price is 2/3 lower. Highly recommend!

I have been with APG&E for six months. Their cash appliations is terrible. They have failed to apply my timely made payments for days / weeks and send me a disconnection notice every single month despite having my money. Although the price is good, the time spent each month trying to get this straight is not worth it. I haven't looked yet, but if they are reporting me to the credit bureau as a slow payor then that could be even a bigger issue.
Cheap fixed rate sounds good. Until you realize they run some wierd 20 day bill cycle so your bill is due a completely different time each month. Also sometimes it takes them 10 days to apply a payment and they will send you a disconnection notice and charge you a late fee. My last 2 bills have had 14 days and 17 days respectively from their mail date (printed on the invoice) and the due date. So basically I'm getting 2 bills a month from these idiots. If you do a budget like I do this company is a huge frustration. Also if you call them they say it's not their fault and blame their computer. Terrible company.
I GUESS THAT THE SERVICE IS FINE, BUT AFTER SENDING OUT MULTIPLE MESSAGES TO THEIR CUSTORMER SERVICE I JUST CANNOT GET A BILL FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT SEND ANY AND IF I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT WHEN THE BILL IS DUE, GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND OBTAIN ONE THAT WAY, I WOULD LIKE MANY OTHERS LIKELY BE FACING A DISCONNECT. I WILL AGREE THAT THEY NEED TO GET THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ACT TOGETHER.
I cant get a hold of anybody. When I finally do, their rude and yell at me. Very unprofessional, we do work and could use faster service. Ive been trying to make contact since Friday 9/10/22 and still have not been able to make contact with them. They do offer to call you back and not loose your turn but they dont call you back!!!!!!!

I own a hair salon and while working on clients 3 men entered my salon and said they need to help me straighten out my electric bill. They said I was being double charged for distribution and sales tax and they were sent by PECO to correct it. My husband had to come over from his bike shop next door to follow up with them because I was working on a client. They had him sign paperwork and left. Later I looked over the paperwork and they sign us up with APG&E energy. They LIED to us and scammed us into signing up with them. Of course I called and canceled right away and reported them to the BBB. What a horrible company. NO STAR'S for them at all.
Beware when an "agent" comes to you claiming to be from your existing energy company. APG&E hires scam artist that LIE to you and trick you into signing an agreement. You then end up with a contract that obligates you to this company; which was through unethical and criminal means. I will be filing a complaint with BBB about their work ethics. I have very disappointed and angry. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company.
I always sign up for a fixed rate and have been with many different providers under different contracts in Texas. This has been by far the worst experience. Their online interface is powered by a 3rd party company. It (the signup interface) was broken when I tried to sign up. I spent 30 minutes on the phone signing up (I should have ran the other direction). I finally got my first bill in the mail, so I went to sign up online for online account access. Unlike any other normal company, where you can input your info (ESID, meter ID, account #, etc) and create an account, you are unable to do this. You must call them, so they can create your account internally, then you are able to create an online account. Of course this isn't explained online. The entire process is a joke. Nothing on their site works as it should. I just got a new debit card, and of course their website won't let you update the auto pay! Every interaction with this company ends up in a phone call because their site sucks. I am astounded.
Have been unable to get anyone to answer my phone calls. I've been calling all week to cancel service. I have also sent emails but recd no response.
1. Who threatens disconnect for $35 without a 1st billing?2. Who charges for a deposit over 1 month after contract start without notice or agreement whatsoever?3. What website takes the full amount when the payee changes the debit amount?HERE IS WHO! APG&E AKA www.apge.com
1) Never received an enrollment confirmation via email or postmarked mail2) Never received EFL, Terms, or Rights documents3) Never received notice to review and rescind the terms of service within 3 days for a switch4) Never received a bill5) Received a disconnection notice 6) Incurred late fees even though no bill was received7) After several request of all pertinent documents with a customer care rep (and told within 24-48 hours), still no sign of the docs.
Avoid this company. They never answer their telephone. Their website is not user friendly. They don't send out invoices either online or mail them and you never know the total amount until it gets auto-charged. Their website never recognizes your password and never sends a password restore when you click the link. Then you have to register again, with the same password, every time with all those long numbers, just to view your monthly bill that they never send you. Right now, I have been on hold for customer service for 40 minutes with nobody coming on during business hours.
Was never able to access my account online so I was force to call every month to pay my bill. Hold times would run way pass 30 minutes. Finally had to disconnect service as I was moving to a condo that already has electrical service. I pay my bill I the 1st of each month only to get a voicemail from a rep advising that my account will be sent to collections and it's the 5th of the month. I only owe $50 and the disconnection fee of $150. As I attempt to get a hold of this rep all day - I finally get a hold of her. When she asks if I am ready to make payment on my account I let her know that I am, but would like to speak to someone else. As she denies me that possibility - I now request that she forward my call to a supervisor which she again refuses to do - when I ask a 2nd time - DISCONNECTED!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!
I called customer service when my contract was up. We worked out a price and contract length. After that she started talking very fast for a contract recording. I fell for it and agreed. I now have a higher rate, and my contract expired at 6 months instead of 12. I should have recorded her!
First - the bill arrives and before it can be mailed and them receive and FINALLY post it, it is past due -
Second - the customer service is AWFUL - the rudest people i have EVER dealt with. Nothing works - the automated service is always down - paying online is a joke - the only other option is taking it to a CASH store to pay there and they charge a fee. Cannot wait for this contract to be up! I have a business account with 4 meters/bills and this has been the longest 3 years dealing with these people.
Some guy knocked the door, he said for checking bill,, and made my wife sign contract for apg&e without telling anything. my wife who was new to this country unkowingly signed it,and stuck in this crap... This is the worst thing. Never fall in this trap..
Someone came to my door looking very official. I already knew what this was about since I already signed up with someone else 2 weeks ago to North American Power. They offer a $50 Visa card after the first month and another $50 after 6 months. However they charge 12 cents for the first 3 months and 14 cents for the remaining 9 months, so since I'm using around 500 Kwh a month, I would be paying like $9 more a month for 9 months (PSE&G is generally around 12.2 cents) which would mean around $81 more, so the $100 should cover that! Luckily the gas didn't go through since the agent transposed 2 digits on the bill. Lucky because they actually charge 73 cents per therm, while PSE&G is only like 37 cents!!! WTF?!
Anyway when this guy from APG&E came he had this story how he's going to make sure my bill is equalized and fixed or whatever bull**** they are making up. I told him I know exactly what the story is. I showed him my bill and he was trying to tell me that the way PSE&G breaks down the 500 Kwh into parts, like you pay 12.23 cents for the first 340 Kwh, then you pay say 12.41 cents for the next 160 Kwh, and finally 12.39 for the last 55 Kwh is a big problem and he's going to make it all go away by having me pay a fixed 13 cents all year round. He was saying prices go up in the summer. Yeah but the variable rate based on usage isn't a bad thing, it varies by how much you're using which seems pretty fair to me. Anyway at 13 cents I'd be paying like $5 more a month, and someone who owns a house would be paying at least $10 to $20 more a month!
Anyway beware of these pushy salesmen trying to make you switch because very often your usual utility is giving you a damn good deal that you can't really beat with anybody else! So much for "energy choice" If you really wanna save a BUNDLE just put some solar panels on the roof, it tends to cut your bill to like half!
Some really unprofessional looking guy came to our door and was really pushy while asking about our electric bill. My boyfriend is the one in charge of handling it so he was the one talking to the guy. The guy had some city accent I had difficulty understanding but it sounded as if he was telling my boyfriend something to the effect of our electric supplier was changing something and my boyfriend needed to sign something and make a call.
This whole ordeal was screaming, "SCAM," to me and I outright asked if it was a scam after reading reviews for APG&E online. The guy insisted it wasn't, which is a load of crap. Unfortunately my boyfriend allowed the guy to leave with the paper he signed so now we're just trying to fix things. One of the papers the guy left said we had 3 business days to cancel the transaction. My boyfriend called the number immediately after the guy left to cancel it once I was able to convince him it was indeed a scam. So hopefully that will help resolve this quickly.
A word to the wise...don't sign anything for pretty much anyone who randomly comes to your door unless it's the mail person asking you to sign for a package.
They will charge you triple the price after contract will expire, make sure you know when you need to shop again! Better go with another offer, you will regret dealing with them.
I had a fixed price contract for $.0475/kw-h with apg&e that was expiring. the contract carried an early termination fee of $150. I decided at the time to switch to another supplier. since my electric company could not be certain of the exact date of the switch they suggested that I wait until after the contract had expired to make the switch in order to avoid the termination fee. for the month after my contract expired apg&e raised the rate to $.1275, a 270% increase over the contract price. when I called them about it I told them that I could not find this rate anywhere on their website. they informed me that they were free to charge me anything they wanted since I was no longer under contract. I did expect the price to be higher after my contract, but almost a 300% increase. c'mon, they simply decided to screw me to the wall. and the PUCO said there was nothing they could do about it. where is the protection of the consumer in all of this. I would have been much better off paying the termination fee. unethical practices that turn consumers against power companies.
A salesperson came to my house. When I told him I wasn't interested he just continued his sales pitch. I asked him to leave. He continued but started getting really mean. I told him to get off my property and never return. He started yelling and cursing at me, calling me names and saying that he will keep coming back every f*ing day and there's nothing I can do about it.
The customer service is the poorest I have experienced yet. They will shut your service off when you don't owe and will respond like an idiot when you request to go over the bill with them. Now I get a bill showing over payment of more than $600. The company has not contacted me to apologize or to return my money and with hat aid, the bill is still incorrect. I would never recommend anyone to use this company for utility service.
Beware! Company has predatory Variable Rate pricing when a contract price expires. Variable Rate pricing is 2X to 3X the contact rate prices, and they will begin billing you at this rate the day your contract expires.
They did not cancel my electric service as requested and price-gouged me for an extra month. Avoid at all costs!
Keep a sharp eye on your contract end date, they triple your rate as soon as your contract ends. Any other provider I have used raises the rates at the end but by a few cents not 300%. Avoid this company.
When my contract was up and I ended up on a variable rate during the time I was waiting for my new contract to begin with another company, AP&G increased my rate for the last months bill by 100%. This is unethical price gauging. If this happens to you report the utility company to whatever authority governs utility companies. AP&G admits it did not send me a notice of a rate increase and refuses to rerate me at a lower cost for KWH. Such a practice places 'The Utility Choice Program here in Ohio in jeopardy.
We were customers with APGE for almost 2 years. When our contract expired, we received a call to renew and said we would like to. We thought that was it, but apparently, there was a packet that was supposed to be sent to us that never was. Consequently, they raised our rates to $.188 kWh! We had been paying $.6. Mind you, this is all in the midst of a global pandemic and in summer in Houston, TX. They refused to revise our bills to reflect the contract price we thought we had agreed to. Very shady business practices and zero customer service.
I went onto the APG&E website and post-dated my payment. My bill was due July 6th and I post-dated for July 9th. Well they sent me a disconnect notice on the 9th. Apparently they can't see post-dated payments. Not only is that unfortunate, but it's stupid and out-dated. So if anyone ever asks me what I think about APG&E, I'll for sure refer them to Centerpoint Energy. Centerpoint Energy is not so quick to disconnect your services. Three days late, but had a post dated payment on file. Shame on you APG&E. I'm very disappointed in your company
My first contract with APG&E was fine, I got a really low rate and had no problems, but when my term was up I called customer service and asked what new contracts were available to renew my service with them. The agent told me a price that was ok (not good), but promised a $25 credit after my 1st month. I asked if there was a cancellation fee if I wanted to end my contract and he said NO. I signed up and when they sent me the contract in the mail 3 weeks later, there was a $150 cancellation fee! I had 3 days to cancel without a penalty (using the early termination required by law). When I called customer service and asked to cancel my contract THEY HUNG UP ON ME! I called back, and once again as soon as I said that I wanted to cancel, the agent hung up again! I was able to eventually cancel my contract after faxing and mailing my request. Stay far away from this company!
I can't get out from this service.
I have been setup on automatic payments and the one time I needed to do a payment arrangement they charge an installation fee which they didnt disclose the right way. The lady was reading from a script and I didnt catch all the fine print details she was giving. And when I called back I complained that I wasnt aware and the rep says to me I am the one u talked to when I complained about the rep I spoke too. She had a very nasty attitude and even the manager Alex doesnt not know how to deal with people either. They gave me the run around about everything and even allowed me to listened to call and he didnt even do that correctly. He kept putting the phone on mute so therefore the recording wouldnt play like it was suppose to. Overall this company is horrible when it comes to customer services and how to treat people. Once my contract is up I will not sign up with them again.
They called with their sales pitch...when I said I was not interested they called back and continued to harass me. I have never had such an incredibly unsettling experience with someone I was not even interested in doing business with. They try to "sell" you and if you dont buy they attempt to bully you. Yeah no thanks!
I signed up with APG&E as my electric supplier, choosing a 3-month term with a fixed rate. I figured the price would increase when the 3 months were up, but I procrastinated on going back to shop for a new contract. I was shocked to find that they jacked up the rate to 3 times the PECO price! There is no reason for that large of an increase other than they are taking advantage of people.
Had a 3 year service agreement that expired in May. Rate went from 6c/kWh to 20 c/kWh. I should have checked previous invoices with the fine print telling me that the agreement was due to expire. Did not receive any email advising me of the expriation date. Was with them since 2018. Shame on me for not realizing it was open season on out of contract accounts. Revolting practice.
customer service is terrible. I was trying to get an explaination as to why i received 2 bills for the same time period with different amounts. First time i called i held for over an hour even though i was told i was the first one in line. The next morning i called twice held over 45 minutes. Called a 3td time and selected a different option, just trying to get a live person to ANSWER the phone. Finally got to 1st one in line and said wait time is 24 minutes. again i held or 45 minutes and still no answer. Not paying my bill until i speak to a person and he can explain it to me. It would be nice if someone would reach out to me. inv #11372107
Rate was triple after promotional period. And took the max amount of time to get billing switched. Stay away from this supplier.
I switched to APG&E and got a decent rate. once that rate was guaranteed it doubled and all of the savings I got were wiped out once the rate doubled. Dont fall for the introductory rate, unless you watch it monthly.
Apge by far has the worst customer service and management Ive ever seen. Min 45 minute hold to get in contact with someone. Bill will randomly more than triple in price then when you call to resolve will be told there is no billing department. Much better cheap alternatives to this scam of a company
I signed up and apparently although my contract ended 15 months ago, they continued as my service provider because the fine print states I had to call and cancel despite my contract ending. This allowed them to bill me their increased rate for over a year until I noticed my electric bill go up after my set monthly payment expired. Their rate was more than double everyone else and refused to refund or rectify the situation! Avoid them at all costs....
I ended about 15 days after my introductory rate, not even a full month and thank god I did that because they went from .056 rate to a .159 rate. Completely Absurd. Maybe people would actually stick with this company and they'd make money if they charged a going rate. I'll gladly change my review if you pay me back.
15.9 cents a kw after promotion fell. Ridiculous 3 times the rate of some suppliers. Predatory
As a majority of other reviewers state, APG&E triples or more than triples your rate after the introductory rate ends. I expected maybe 2-3 cents higher than standard rate, not over double the standard rate. They are clearly putting money in their pocket and taking advantage of customers.
If you have a problem the customer service people can barley speak English. They can't or won't give you any phone numbers to contact anyone that can speak and understand English. I have call 3 times to fix a situation to no avail.
I had been loyal to them for 4 years since I bought my house. Recently this year they have fallen off in taking care of their customers. My contact ended the end of September. They said they sent me an email and letter 45 days before the contract ended. Didnt get the email, even tho they said that they sent it. I had received the letter in the first week of October, but the letter was dated in July. By then my rate had doubled, my bill was twice the usual amount! I switched to a new company that day.
I get another bill 2 weeks later! 19.99c/kw!
I call customer service, explain the situation. Theres nothing we can do. Thats all they kept saying. Go with another company
APGandE got me to use them by offering a low introductory rate, but as soon as the introductory term expired they increased my cost of electricity by almost 2 and a half times. My bill went from 6.8 cents per KWH to 15.9 cents per KWH. They didn't even have the decency to give me any advance notice of the impending rate hike.
I'm so angry right now. They tripled the price after contract expired!
7 calls I have made SO FAR beginning on December 7th, 2021. Per THEIR agreement, I was to get a notification by US Mail, both 60 day and 30 days prior to expiration of my agreement. I never received anything. (I did get 4 emails telling me how to be more efficient, but nothing contract related). My normal $170.00 bill became $419.37, so obviously there is an issue..,
The first time I called, the CSR was unable to help as they couldn't connect with the records of my account (?!?) She suggested I go online and try to access them myself. I did that, and they were not available to me either. I called back again and spoke with a different agent who opened "ticket" with the "back office" to try to rectify the situation. I was told someone would get back to me in a "1 or 2 day...7 at the most". I waited and never got a call, I called again and spoke to another CSR (Raphael) , who told me the ticket was "Still open and no one had made a decision on what to do next". I called again a week later and spoke to another CSR (Alberto), who said the ticket was "Still open, but that he personally will call me back before 7:00 PM." That was 12-23-2021. No one ever called. I called again today 12-28-2021 and spoke with yet another CSR (Angelo) who said there was a credit posted to my account in the amount of $52.32. (?? Seriously!) He opened another ticket and told me someone will review my account and call me when a decision (?) is made.
MY ADVICE: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. From looking at other reviews, these folks are masters of bait and switch. Don't fall for it.
Signed on with APG&E for a fixed rate. Received no notice that my contract was coming up due. Received a $900 electric bill in one months' time because my rate went out the roof with them. Called to see if any adjustment could be made or get a new rate and was told "I can put in a request, but i will let you know the answer is going to be no." Didn't offer a new rate, and the request was denied as promised. Asked them to confirm my current rate, they said "We cannot confirm the rate you have now because we don't know what it will be yet." Just horrible. Please PLEASE do not ever sign up with this company.
They never contacted me about my fixed price contract expiring. Then, they doubled my price as a current customer. I checked on line the same day I received my bill and to new customers, The price was half of what they charged me. Just Just received my final invoice, STILL DOUBLE STAY AWAY
Stay away! they are thieves!
went to change the plan and the rate was the same, but without knowledge they jacked the rate up 4 times as high! now my budget with ppl has doubled!
Do not use this company!
Absolute scam and cheating attempt. I called 10 days before my electric contract end date to terminate the service. The agent only gave me 2 options to either renew or cancel/terminate contract. I chose option 2. Now they charge me 4 times the rate of duke energy rate and says contract expired and I was moved to open market rates as duke energy did not terminate even after applying ahead of time. This was never informed. I got to know only after looking at the bill 42 days later after asking for cancellation. They silently want you to stay with them until the contract expires so they can charge ridiculous amounts. The agents never gave an option that we need to renew to be on safe side for fixed rate and then raise a cancellation request. This is an option they never want you to know. Its a clear scam attempt. Beware with this company
I previously had a contract with this company for many years, but recently went month to month. They are now charging me an outrageous fee of .32 per kilowatt hour from TXU. I then went to TXU to see their charges of month to month and they are only charging .23 per kilowatt hour. This is pathetic.

They are the worst. I had 2 residential accounts set up with them at the same location. The main house and an apartment. We sold the house in 2021, I called to cancel both accounts. The main house account was cancelled, but the apartment was not. I was not notified by the new owner and the bills apparently continued to be mailed to the apartment. When I realized that the electricity was still on in the apartment in my name, I called again to cancel service. It was not cancelled. I found out services was still on in October of 2022! I called AGAIN to cancel service. I paid the bill that had continued to increase so that it would not go on my credit but tried to dispute it with the agent. I was met with rude, dismissive service. A few days later, a charge on my bank card was authorize to APG&E for a reconnection fee!!!!! I have tried calling and I have submitted the complaint to their customer service with absolutely no response or resolution. I will continue to try to get my issue resolved and a refund for all of the $ paid for a house I have not owned in over a year, but wanted to share my experience in hopes I save someone else the headache. DO NOT USE THEM, there are much better companies out there!
No contact about contract ending. Just quietly charged me $0.36kwh and sent me $900 bills. Will never go with them again. Will advise everyone else to avoid as well. They will take advantage of you whenever possible.
This company hounded me over and over. I hung up and cursed at them to stop calling but they continued. Don't ever trust these people!!!!
Fuck APG&E
Obtained the account number by illicit means. We are listed as private and specified we do not want electric power solicitation by phone. They repeatedly called, didn't speak to me but reached my 94 yr old mother and with that they fraudulently notified PECO that she asked for a power company switch. She is not even authorized but they confused her and went ahead with the deception.
We were erroneously billed over $1,000 to our account 5 months ago and it is still unresolved TODAY! APG&E acknowledged that they made a mistake but our account has not been credited back yet. I have reported APG&E to the Public Utility Commission for resolution. Consider yourself warned and Avoid this company.
You can only pay with automated service option if youre not on reoccurring payments and you have to enter and 11 account number that it rarely registers correctly.
As soon as the 3 month contract expires, AP charges you double the rate on the next bill.
They will almost triple your rate automatically if you don't cancel before the contract expires!!!
Ap electric will more than double your rate as soon as the promotional period expires with no notice. My electric went from under $300 to almost $1,000 in one month.
Sent NOTHING to renew or change, upped the rate and hit us with a huge bill! I've spent days calling and get no one to pick up a phone! After looking at their reviews I see...NOTHING BUT A SCUM COMPANY! I should of looked first!!! Lesson learned!
Beware the hidden fees!!! Was offered a low rate by broker, asked if any extra charges besides flat rate and told no. They only give you "3" days to cancel without seeing your first bill obviously!! Paying more now than before switching. SCAM!!!
I've been being over charged by APG&E, they have some how lost the contract we renewed. I've spoke with the sales person I renewed the contract with, I've spoken to the manager, to 3 other people for over a month. Nothing has happened. They have not sent me even a confirmation email of the credit I am supposed to be receiving. They keep giving excuses saying that PPL takes a long time while I keep getting charged over $1000 for electricity bill. DO NOT CONTRACT with them!
APG&E is the worst company EVER! I'm still on the phone trying to get my credit for $1700- they completely overcharged me- and they will NOT get back to you with a response. BE AWARE! don't contract with them. It's just better to contract with PPL. APG&E has been charging a lot more than what PPL has to offer. They keep giving excuses saying my contract is not on file- FOR TWO MONTHS! while I get charged for $1700 per month for electric bill.
Stay away at all cost. Horrible service, over charge, total scam!!!! They will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.
The communication between apge and the customer is non existent. If you have a problem with the bill or any question you basically are out of luck. wait time on the phone is long and then its you will receive a follow up call or email if you are lucky. If I can have many customers leave or not choose apge and go somewhere else costing this company revenue is the only way they may change ther business practice.
This company will not stop calling me. Yesterday I was on an important phone call and they called THREE times consecutively from a local phone number, I was afraid it was an emergency so I ended my call to answer theirs...and was extremely annoyed. I will never do business with them.
I've been called several times by this company trying to get me to switch, even though my number is on the "do not call" registry. They have been asked several times to stop calling. Much like scammers, they hide the numbers that they call from.
