    Horrible company!!! Quick to disconnect

    I have received disconnection notices for a bill a week late! With no previous balance! This company only cares about money. I have been disconnected without any notice and with my bill saying something different. Ask to pay bill by 23rd cut off electric on 21st. 90 degree weather then told me I had to pay bill to get power back on. Way better and cheaper companies out there!!! Last time they will get my money. Got a new company same day

    BUYER BEWARE - CHARIOT ENERGY IS TERRIBLE

    PREDATORY COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE -- Chariot Energy has been by far the worst electric company I've ever had (and I've had many). They CHANGE DUE DATES on your billing, then charge late fees. They hide this by the fact that you're not able to view your online bill for months at a time, all the meanwhile DOUBLE CHARGING YOU. On top of that, their CUSTOMER SERVICE dept is open from 8-5 MF, then 9am-1pm on Sat. So you better set some time away from your workday if you want to have an ATTEMPT of getting a ahold of someone. That's IF they even answer. You will actually get VOICEMAIL with this company and they will NOT REPLY. We have CONSTANT BLACKOUTS in the middle of the day. Resetting our clocks and interrupting our work day ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH. TERRIBLE, PREDATORY, DO NOT USE THEM!
